It’s official. Farewell to the MBRC? is out! It’s a few hours early, but I’m glad. There was a part of the story I really slaved over for the past two days, so I’m relieved it’s finished and bundled up for you, Champions!
I already sent the book out to the three Name Game grand prize winners–Erin, Celia, and Tricia–but honorable mentions please check the back of the book for my repeated thanks for your brilliant names.
As you can tell by the top post, I’m running another Book It special. If you Read and review Farewell to the MBRC? and send me an email, I will send you an extra chapter. The special doesn’t start until Monday, but feel free to submit before then, I just won’t be able to respond until Monday.
I think that covers everything. I’m anxious to find out what you think of Farewell to the MBRC? so please leave a comment or drop me a message with your thoughts when you finish it. Thanks for reading, Champions. Enjoy the story!
I thought it was grate how you based the book around collage options it took me back to when I had that decision to make and the thought of what am I going to do with my life is scary. I loved Morgan`s decision it shows that if you love something you don’t care what you have to go through. also very funny love it cant wait for more. 😛
Hi Hayley, I’m glad you enjoyed the book! I also freaked out a little when it came to choosing colleges and majors, so I shamelessly wanted to use the book to assure people about making big decisions in life–which is also why her path is a little unusual. Thanks for writing!
If you had included more scenes of Aysel, my descision would have been harder but Devin did win me over 🙂
I loved it! As soon as I turned over this morning, I had my kindle in my hand and bought the book, and it was awesome 🙂
I’m glad you liked it, Kelly. So did you make up your mind between Aysel and Devin? (Obviously I’m hoping you decided Devin was the dude for Morgan, but if you think it should have been Aysel I’m all ears!)
I hope you all enjoy it! I was terrified it wouldn’t be as well received or well liked as the original, but so far the feedback has been positive!
OMG Harrison is adorable!!!! He reminds me of Grut in the way he says “it’s Harrison, miss Fae.” And she totally interprets that as something else!!
Yeah, I thought I had created a very individualistic character as I had not seen Guardians of the Galaxy, and then I came across a video that dove into Groot’s character and my hopes were dashed. Still, Harrison has more class and charm! 😉
Very excited to read this only one more crazy day of professors to get through before I can dive in and read it beginning to end!
Just bought it!! My poor husband is going to miss me!! Thank you Kitty…
