Happy Thanksgiving, Champions! Today–November 26–is the American holiday of Thanksgiving. It’s become more of a food frenzy and a huge shopping day, but it used to be a day when Americans got together with their families and reflected on what they were thankful for.
As I will always be thankful for you, Champions, I wrote a little King Arthur drabble to celebrate the day. You can check out the PDF version HERE!
Thank you for reading, Champions–and I mean that sincerely. I love my job, and I feel incredibly blessed to have all of you. Happy Thanksgiving!
Ahhh, Merlin! Did he even know why he kissed her at first? He sounded like he was in denial right up till then, and was just sorry for what he was putting her through. That guy is so mixed up! Poor Britt…she has a long rough road.
Nice job incorporating all the legends! It’s so fun to see what you do with them. It’s really clever!
Merlin is…calling him emotionally stupid would be kind. Although–to his credit–he has gotten much better since Britt waltzed into his life. 😉 Don’t worry, though. He still has to prove he is worthy of her.
Thank you for reading, and I’m glad you liked the legends! They are so much fun to research as they prompt a lot of “what the heck?” moments.
I adored Endeavor! It was beautifully written, and I was so thrilled when (SPOILER) Merlin kissed Britt. I eagerly flipped the page….and it ended!! I absolutely can’t wait for the next book. The short story was wonderful. I was wondering, do you have any plans to write anything about what Lyssa, Amber, and Grace experienced when Britt was brought to England, and what happened afterwards? It would be sad but really interesting. Just curious! You’re my favorite author, and I love the fact that you write those Freebies ( A Meeting of Merchants is my favorite. Cagney and Dooley are so cute!). Thank you for writing all of these wonderful stories.
I’m afraid to say I can’t talk much about what lies ahead for the King Arthur series until it’s over. 😉 But I can promise that all the loose ends will be tied up. I’m glad you liked the book, though! I considered pushing that final scene off until the next book, but Merlin was quite insistent, and in the end it fit better into my timeline.
Loved the short!
😀 I’m glad to hear that! Thank you for reading it!
I just started reading your books. I have Cinderella and the Colonel! Love it and read Beauty and The Beast also! I am so looking forward to starting the King Arthur series. Thank you
Thanks for reading, Emily! I’m glad you enjoy reading my stories–I hope you find the rest of them to be just as fun/entertaining. 🙂
I loved Endeavor, I hated that it ended as now I have to wait for the next book. But thankyou for that little short story. xx
I’m glad you liked it! A lot of thought went into the cliffhanger-ish ending, I was thinking about pushing it off until book 7 so you could go straight into it, but ultimately I decided it was about time you guys got to peek in Merlin’s heart. 😉
