Last year, the Entwined Tales series authors got together and had a Facebook party to celebrate the release of our Entwined Tales fairy tale series. And we had so much fun we decided to have another party this year! Only this time we’re having it on National Fairy Tale Day and we’ve invited other clean fairy tale authors to join us!
The party is on February 26th from 8-11pm EST. Sign up on Facebook here!
There will be games, prizes, freebies, GIF fun, and plenty of fairy tale book recommendations. Some of the goodies and giveaways will be open for 24 hours so if you can’t make the event time please stop by later!
Here’s some more info about who’s attending!
Entwined Tales Authors:
KM Shea – Yes I’m attending! And I’ll be making Book 1 in the Entwined Tales series, A Goose Girl, free on Amazon to celebrate the event!
Melanie Cellier – Melanie has two different fairy tale series, and she recently launched an Epic Fantasy school-based series that I’m sure you can persuade her to talk about during the event as well. 😉
Brittany Fichter – Brittany has done retellings of famous stories like Cinderella, but if you’d like to read some of the less common fairy tales, like Hansel and Gretel or the Nutcracker then she has those too!
Shari L. Tapscott – If you like Epic Fantasy Shari has several series for you to choose from, and since the launch of the Entwined Tales she’s released retellings of Rumpelstiltskin and the Sorcerer’s Apprentice!
Kenley Davidson – Kenley has five books released in her Andari Chronicles, which is her fairy tale series. She also just released the 2nd book in her sci-fi romance series, so if you like spaceships with your romance you should give those a try! (For the record: I LOVE her sci-fi books!)
Aya Ling – In 2018 Aya launched a new fairy tale series where she’s swapping the genders of the main characters. Her first book is a retelling of the twelve dancing princesses, only in her story it’s twelve princes who are cursed to fight (and wear out their boots) and a female cobbler who is tasked with solving the mystery.
And our special guests:
J.M. Stengl – J.M. first started releasing fairy tale retellings in 2018 and she already has stories starring, Cinderella, the Little Mermaid, and Sleeping Beauty!
A.G. Marshall – A.G. writes strong females in a variety of fairy tales (or fairy tale-ish) stories. She also has some fun freebies available on her website so be sure to check those out!
Lea Doue – Lea’s Firethorn series is based on the Twelve Dancing Princess, and she recently released a Snow White retelling with dragons (what’s not to love about that?)!
Lucy Tempest – So far Lucy has released a three book retelling of Aladdin, which is awesome since that story needs more retellings! She also has more fairy tale retellings planned so be sure to ask her what’s coming in the future.!
I hope to see you there, Champions! Come armed with any questions you might have for me or any of the other awesome authors attending!
We WILL get started on covering some Angelique posts soon–I’m actually finishing first draft edits on Curse of Magic this week, and once I finish with that the fun will begin! 😉 Thanks for reading!
I’ve literally read one or almost all of every authors books you listed, lol, except Lea Doue. I just finished Lucy Tempest series a few weeks ago and I loved loved loved it!! I’m eagerly awaiting whatever she writes next. Brittany Fitcher and Melanie Cellier are my next favorite authors after you of course Kitty! Thank you for having events like this and sharing amazing books with us 🙂
Woohoo!! Sounds like fun!
Also, I’m really glad the Angelique posts are coming soon – I’m slowly dying over here for want of Angelique and Evariste-themed content. 😉
I second that! I want more info about Evariste.
Thirded!
