I loved it! Elle was always one of my favorite characters because of her wicked humor, and I love any chance to get something extra. The letter format was cute! Severin and Elle crack me up and warm my heart at the same time, and the changes in location made me giggle aloud. My favorite shorts from you are always the crossovers, so Elle’s Baris or Arcania trip would be really cool if you have time for it!

Love, Love, LOVE!!! This is an awesome thing, their relationship is captured so well in these letters! I got my Mom (who has never read TFT, not yet anyway) to read the letters, and she was laughing at the end.
Thanks for the early present, Kitty, it’s awesome. Now I’m trying to imagine letter exchanges between other couples, or better yet, the girls.
Can you do one between Gabbi and Elle, next?

It was a fun little experiment–I’m trying to find ways I can produce fun/entertaining shorts that are different like this. (This exercises a sort of different writing muscle than novel writing or short story writing, so it was a fun break!)

A Treat for the Holidays


The Christmas and Holiday fun continues–and I’ve got a special treat for my fairy tale Champions today!


I’m releasing an experimental…hmm…short story? Extra? It is a letter exchange between a particular prince, and his rather adventurous lady–both of whom we are all very familiar with. I call it: Between a Prince and His Lady. (Click Here for the PDF!)
