I loved this series and am sad to see it come to an end. I did love the way you ended it but now that I have also read your extras I wish they would have been incorporated in the actual book. I felt a better sense of cloudier after reading them. 🙂 I know you said you won’t write any more with these characters, but if you change your mind it would be fun to have a short story from Merlin’s perspective or a bit more from the characters at the end of the book. Thank you for writing such captivating fun clean books. I always end up staying up too late to finish your stories… and am sad when I finish them. I have enjoyed every book you release to us.

The extras are always a tough call, because while they let me tie up loose ends, if I did include them in the book it absolutely would have thrown off the pacing. I decided to make the pacing perfect and left out the snippets that true fans would be interested in, because I knew I could slide extras your way. Hanging out here is a little tricky as it might lead you to think most of the readers are as observant/King Arthurs diehards as the rest of the Champions. Really, the majority of readers who buy my stuff are just interested in a good read and never drop by this humble abode to pick up the extras, so to make the book itself–the book, not the story–the best possible thing it can be, I had to go with the pacing issue. But since I’m a perfectionist I want the story to be the best too, so I can’t stop myself from creating those extras! 😉 (I can’t say how much it thrills me that you guys appreciate the little finishing touches.) Anyway! Thank you for reading–I’m so honored and glad that you find my stuff enjoyable and entertaining!

I love your King Arthur series!! Endings was awesome. It was well written, funny, and bittersweet. I hate that it has to end but I thoroughly enjoyed the whole series.

Writing it was a pretty bittersweet experience too, but it really felt like the series had reached its conclusion. (Though if I’m being honest I put off writing it so long because I was worried I wouldn’t be able to give the series a proper send off. Closing out a longer series was a new experience for me!) Anyway, I’m glad you enjoyed it!

Thirty four reviews by day two…..that’s gotta be some sort of record. Along with a 4.8 rating, only three reviews being less than 5 and the lowest being 3. Kitty, I think you have a hit😉!

It IS a record! I leisurely woke up this morning, thinking I had another day or two before I needed to launch the first short. Nope! (Thankfully Editor #1 was a doll and got the corrections for it to me this morning.) I do have to say I’m really glad everyone is finding the ending to be satisfying.

I loved it!!! The last two chapters were fantastic!! I ranted and raved in my review, so I’m going to ask what a lot of people are now probably wondering- what are you going to write this year?

I’m glad you liked it! And that’s a veeeeeery good question–one I hope to address after I get all my King Arthurs blog posts done. My summer projects are a bit of a mystery right now, but I can promise 12 Dancing Princesses will be available in December!

Absolutely wonderful! It is almost 2 in the morning but I had to stay up late to finish Endings. Thank you for another fabulous story!

Thank you for reading! 😀 The late hour is high praise for a book, so as odd as it sounds I’m super thrilled it kept you up! 😉

I loved Endings! Started reading as soon as the pre-order downloaded on my kindle! Awesome series and such a creative way of doing the King Arthur story!!! I posted this review on amazon under JL but I can’t say enough how much I enjoyed this series!

😀 I’m glad you enjoyed it! I really wanted to hold true to the end of the King Arthurs legends while still achieving a happy ending, but I was a little worried how the bittersweet ending would go over. 🙂

I got the last book this afternoon and I couldn’t put it down till I finished it. I loved it! It was definitely a well paced story. It was well put together. In short, I loved it!

Thanks, Natalie! 😀 I’m so glad you enjoyed it! The pacing was actually a little tricky to craft because I had to write in so many final moments with characters without giving away what I was attempting to do, so I’m super glad you liked it!

Endings Launch

Endings is officially launched and available to read! Thus far the feedback has been pretty positive, so I’m hopeful the story will continue to resonate with you Champions.

I am running my usual review special! I have two freebies to offer this time around–both of which will still remain nameless due to spoilers) but they’re pretty long, clocking in at seven and eight pages. So when Endings reaches 30 reviews I’ll release the first one to celebrate, and when it snags 60 reviews I’ll launch the second!

Thanks in advance for the reviews! The feedback is helpful for me as an author and for other potential readers at it helps them decide if it’s something they’ll be interested in.

I have a lot of really fun posts lined up to celebrate endings, but as part of that I thought I would try something new and host an FAQ “with” Britt and Merlin! What I mean is you guys can submit your King Arthurs questions, and the characters of Britt and Merlin will reply to some of them in a future post. If you have any questions for them (or any questions for me) fill out the forum below and submit it! I’ll be taking questions through Monday, March 27.

That’s all for today. I hope you enjoy Endings, Champions, and thanks for reviewing!
